Rankings are technical before they are editorial.
A hands-on technical SEO audit — crawlability, indexation, performance, structured data — with AI visibility checked as a second layer, and a prioritised fix list you can hand to any developer.
Teams whose content is fine but whose site is holding it back: pages that never get indexed, slow templates, broken canonicals, thin programmatic pages, locale setups that leak — and, on top of that, a nagging sense of being absent from AI answers.
- Crawl and indexation review — robots.txt, sitemaps, canonicals, redirects, index bloat and pages that never make it in
- Core Web Vitals, render-blocking and JS-dependency issues, template by template
- Site architecture, internal linking and programmatic page quality (what should exist, what should be gated)
- International setup — hreflang, locale routing, duplicate handling
- Schema and structured data audit — what is there, what is wrong, what is missing
- AI visibility as a second layer — which AI crawlers you block, whether llms.txt is worth adding, and how assistants describe you today
- A written report plus a prioritised fix list you can hand to any developer

- VenuePlace
Keyword landing pages on venueplace.com are a config-driven registry — city × event category, with sub-groups like "with accommodation" or "bring your own catering" — filled from live inventory aggregates (venue count, from-price, max capacity) and index-gated on how many venues actually match, so a thin page never ships. Around a hundred venue pages sit under them in three locales, with hreflang, sharded sitemaps and honest last-modified dates. On top of that, the AI-visibility layer: llms.txt, AI crawlers deliberately allowed, and schema.org throughout — EventVenue and offers on venues, ItemList, FAQPage and breadcrumbs on landing pages — every landing page opening with a two-sentence numeric answer. Since the pages went live in mid-August 2026, search impressions have climbed steadily and active users are up by more than half against the previous month, new users by more than 80%.
- SideQuest Bingo
Eighteen occasion landing pages (festival, office party…) generated at build time from the same 1,080-square challenge pool the app runs on, so marketing and product can never drift. Every public page carries JSON-LD — FAQPage, Game, SoftwareApplication, breadcrumbs — with answer-shaped FAQs mirrored in the schema, canonical and Open Graph set from one helper, and a deliberately clean index: app surfaces kept out, legacy URLs redirected. The GEO layer is next on the list.
